I am an Italian student. Two years ago I started living with friends in Milan and last year I stayed in Shanghai as an exchange student.

First time on CS. Unfortunately at the moment I cannot host because I'm living in a student dorm, but hope that soon I will be able to host and show you my city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I discovered CS when a friend suggested me to sign in since he had many great experiences during his trips. So here it's first time for me and for this reason I don't have references, hoping will not be a big issue.

I'm here to change the style of my travels, I hope that CS will let me know more people along my ways, maybe with common interests and many experiences to share.

Interests

My first interest is travelling, I like dynamic trip, with different things to see and do everyday. I like to pratice sports, I have played volleyball several years and I usually go running. I enjoy skiing during the winter

I'm keen on technological innovation, I like to know what has been found in world and understand how things work.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite artists are the Italian Author-Singer of the 80s and 90s. Anyway I listen to a broad range of music. At the moment I'm stucked with Roberto Vecchioni and Leonard Cohen. The best movie I have ever seen is "Big Fish" and the best book is "La coscienza di Zeno" written by Italo Svevo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A trip of one month across Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong.

During this journey I have been in places very different, from the basic life of some Thai villages to the modernity of Singapore.

Thailand is a great place for a trip, stay there as long as possible, people are kind and smily and the food is great.

Teach, Learn, Share

Basically I like to share travelling experiences. I like to learn as much as I can from people who surround me, in particular if they come from a different background.

I'm intererest in get into the culture and history of cities and the best way to do this is through people. I can teach Italian, some italian delicious recipes and maybe else, don't know now, we'll see.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Time.

Travelling is not only see places and interesting spot. In my trips I always take some time to sit down and try to get in the soul of the city. I hope I'll do this with the host, sharing time, words, feelings and different points of view.
