ABOUT ME

For me what I eat every day is important, I like to cook because usually i recive from that a big plesure eating after what i cooked!
After 20 years of city I passed three years in the fields, studing gastronomic science; you can immagine that my life was complitly changed; i started to have more time for me, for my hobbys and I fortunaly started to see the world differently, I love travelling, tripping on the road; I love adventure, and usually the best part of travelling for me is not to have expectations.... living what around, with good mood:)
After being back on books for a master course in france I'm now back to my new/old Home after 6 years and I enjoy Milan and my work into the food world.

Two Years ago I have founded a small company with three friends,
We Deliver Taste, step by step we are making our way educating people about quality food.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was partecipating for the first Time Germany, Stuttgard. I slept on a beautiful table for a week, was a great experience!
After that i travelled in belgium and France and i started to be very involved in this, for me, new way of travelling and approaching to new and different places
Crossing Canada by train, being hosted everywhere; is something that i'll never forget! In Russia and Asia and I've continued to couch with fantastic people.
Ethusiastic about the Idea of meeting couchsurfers far away from my culture and share with them stories and food

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had amazing experiences around the world, always meeting incredible people. When someone open his/her house for you the approach is already starting in agood prospective. Looking at my gastronomic approach to life, i like anytime i go on a couch to give something back to people offering to cook for the house an italian speciality ;)! I really think that this fact of giving and reciving emotions and ospitality is the core of success

I love the nature, the approch with seasons, flowers, fruits, vegetables, wild nature and human development... I love good and seafty food , I love the taste of life, taking pictures , trying to understand my point of view with photography, try to comunicate my Ideas, colors....daily quality of everyday life
