ABOUT ME

It is always a complicated matter to describe one self in a few phrases - preferably, we would wish to leave this first-hand impression up to you, after you meet us :-)
Nevertheless, here goes:

We are a couple of open-minded scandinavian friends who always find it thrilling to stand face to face with exiting new people and cultures - in general, our common goal is simply getting as many diverse and new experiences as we can.
Furthermore, we consider ourselves being rather active and versatile and yet somewhat laid back and easy going. In other words, we savour a good debate, however, we also appreciate to chill out. Moreover, we love sharing and hearing stories. Overall, we enjoy any sort of event that takes us into part of something social.

In addition, we are both musicans. We both play the guitar and sing - and we have been performing together for the past couple of years. We are planning to go travelling for about 12 months around the world visiting several destinations starting in Europe followed by Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and eventually endning up in the USA. On this journey we will be playing music in the streets in a semi-acoustic arrangement. We will mainly be playing covers of contemporary artists along with well-known evergreens.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Basically, we are a couple of surfers, who will be travelling around the world searching for warm couches in the years 2012-2013. Meanwhile, we will be having an open couch free-for-use, while we are out travelling. So feel free to "poke" us, if this should have any interests. Furthermore, we have just joined the community, so advice and guidance would be appreciated a lot :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Picking one thing is always hard ... We have both travelled alot, so this definetely fills in the category of having seen amazing things - from Australia to Malaysia to Cypres to the United States we have both seen a few of the worlds natural wonders, however, we are desperate for more! :-)
In addition, for the sake of the both of us, we believe one of the more transformative things we have done is playing and perfoming on different stages throughout Denmark meeting a lot of new interesting and rather refined people.
