ABOUT ME

Hi ! My name is Nicolas and I'm 22.
First, I'm quite a simple guy. I am fond of nature, sport, music, chess and I love to discover new things and meet new people. I think it is a real source of wealth.

Second, don't be suprised... I have a very bad english. I learn it through my travels. Maybe one day, I will have a good english ! I hope so...

I am currently making a trip around the world with my best friend (January-August 2017). We visite 11 countries (Togo, Madagascar, Seychelles, India, Cambodia, Vietnam, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay, Brasil and America). We are interested in discovering countries by immersing ourselves in their culture. We want to understand the world and to learn as much as we can about the various cultures. We would like to sleep in local houses so we can share real moments with the local population. Otherwise we have a beautiful little tente ! We are real globetrotters !

We created this account especially for this trip. When we arrive in a new country, we know nobody and we are lost ! Ahah. Moreover we are in the capital city or big city and we have no money to take a hotel.
That's why we ask for a couchsurfing. Thanks to this system we can meet new people. We can learn a lot of things about the country, the culture, the beautiful places that we have to see etc and of course save money... Ah ah !

You should know that I used to be a Chef in France (luxury restaurants in Paris) and I would be happy to cook very good meals for you !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to discover the authentic culture of each country I m visiting. Couchsurfing is perfect for that. We can meet a lot of people in any country in the world. Each poeple can learn a lot of things about their country. It s very chance and new way of travelling and I love this.

Interests

To start, my best hobbies is : chess ! I love this game. The capacity to level up is infinite. The reflexion is very interessed and you put your ego on the chessboard !
After, I practise athletic (100m and 200m). Maybe I Will try a another sport when I come back home.
And I m an amator photographer. I love take pictures of fauna and flora. Moreover, I learn to take beautiful pictures of country's culture. I think it s a harder exercice to have a good pictures.
To finish, I play clavier 🎹 and little guitare 🎸.
