About Me

Let's go short and sweet :
I was born in the mountains on the Canadian East coast and then I moved to Montreal 4 years ago for engineering studies. I am either super efficient or completely hanging out, without any middle ground. While travelling, I am a cosy, easy-going guy and I like to go with the flow! I don't need much comfort and can easily be fascinated by ordinary things. That said, I am way nicer after a few cups of coffee!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What's better to discover a new country than to live with some locals?

I want to explore different places than what I am used to. I am keen to hang out with people having a different background who could show me things from a different point of view.
I have done a little bit of Couchsurfing in one of my roadtrip across Canada a few years ago and during my 6 months exchanges semester in Europe.

I am also open to host people to guide them through my nice city!

Interests

I'm a huge fan of outdoors activities like backcountry snowboarding, hiking, trekking, and I also play Ultimate frisbee and soccer. I just started to climb as well!

Music, Movies, and Books

Every (ish) music is good in its way; just depends on the mood. I listen to a bunch of different music styles, especially alternative and oldrock.

Arcade Fire, Alt-J, Sticky Fingers and The War on Drugs are some bands I really enjoy listening to. Not to mention the vintages Pink Floyd, Supertramp and Harmonium.

Currently reading Kerouac's classic, On the Road, and recently finished Orwell's 1984.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
