One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in the front lines of the Demilitarised Zone in Cyprus during the 2016 coup d'etat in Turkey.
I covered 4 marathons in 5 days in the Scottish Highlands, backpacking and camping.
I went to Chornobyl nuclear power a few days before the Russian Invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
I walked from Santiago De Compostella to the Portuguese border alone.

Teach, Learn, Share

I run cooking classes and donate the proceed to charity - I can teach you how to cook Greek or Mediterranean cuisine quite well.

I think the best thing you can gain from our interaction though is my 'war' stories from my time as a conscript in the Cypriot Army. From multimillion dollar accidents to experiencing the coup d'etat in Turkey in 2016, it all makes for a great conversation over one of the favorite food spots in your city.
