Hello, my name is Nicolas, a french Canadian that grew up in Boston. First off, I am a non-smoker but I moderately tolerate the smell. I am super clean, really quiet and a good listener. I have trouble maintaining superficial conversations and I am good at them, so I often end up knowing people very well after just one night.

More about myself... Being a libertarian, politically, I, sometimes stupidly, trust all humans. If you accept me in your home, I will offer to do all the dishes and feel better after doing them, or empty your gutters, vacuum, whatever you are comfortable having me do for you. If you only have a floor for me that's perfect really, I'm not picky at all on anything. My home in Drummondville, Québec has open doors for you as long as you won't smoke inside but for now I only have a couch to offer since I'm a student.

Because it's amazing! Being a guy that desperately looks for positivity culturally, I find this fantastic for the community is builds, for the experience of sharing things with people from far away and it also brings back the age old principal of welcoming travellers as friends and not as burdens.

I went to Guatemala build cement bases for houses when I was 18. It was quite a lot of work but nothing in comparison with the daily lives of the people over there. I got lost in the jungle at noon when I was taking a break and I suddenly met a fence with a hole in it and just as I touched it I saw 5 guard dogs. I love dogs but these ones were really really really freaking scary. They then chased me barking like mad while I ran up a hill while I was kicking them off with my feet climbing this steep hill. One of them opened my arm with its tooth and I fought them off with branches until I got to the top of the hill and they got intimidated by the mass of poeple that we doing a ceremony. Long story but that was a pretty intense moment in my life.

I spontaneously bring useful thing to share when they are relevant, but I'm just a person that will make things enjoyable and easy for everybody. I'm nervous but confident at the same time but I can't wait til my first visitor/stay.
