Hi, I’m Nicolas — 27 years old and passionate about space exploration.

I'm an aerospace engineer, and my job is to design the optimal routes to launch rockets and deliver satellites into orbit with pinpoint accuracy. It took years of study and dedication to get here, which didn’t leave much time for travel… but now, I’m making up for it! :)

One place that’s been on my mind for a long time is Mongolia. I’ve always felt a deep, unexplainable connection to it, and I’d love to go there alone to explore, meet local people, and immerse myself in the culture.

When it comes to sports, I practiced judo for many years, but nowadays I prefer team sports like rugby 🏉. Living close to the ocean, I also spend most weekends surfing 🌊.

That said, I feel most at peace in the mountains. Hiking brings me a sense of energy and presence like nothing else. I recently hiked to Everest Base Camp — a truly unforgettable trip, especially meaningful as my mother is Nepalese, and my father has Italian and French roots.

I love sharing stories and experiences with others — discovering new people is a way of traveling through conversation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Kazakhstan for 20 days alone when I was 17, I visited charyn canyon, a mystic place connected with the silky road and the beginning of the Himalayan Chain.
