ABOUT ME

I am a Colombian living in France!
I studied in Rennes and now I am based in Paris. Because of Covid, all my plans got cancelled or delayed but I am catching up with all the travelling that was missing and with plans to host again once I have everything in my new place.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I am not traveling I try to be a (good) host and make my best effort to give the CS experience for those who stay at my place. I look up for local activities plus CS events in town.

When traveling I like to get involved in local stuff... always trying to be a traveller and not a tourist.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I usually travel using hostels because of the experience that you can get there. After a couple of trips, I meet a lot of people using couchsurfing and the idea sounds amazing, specially getting the local/native touch as a traveller discovering a place or as a host doing it.

Interests

I enjoy talks on pretty much everything and I am always eager to learn new stuff (specially about History or cultures). Also, I love food! Traying new dishes sometimes was the main reason I grabbed my backpack and went to a new city. So, eating is a huge deal for me specially when it comes to sweets and pastries.
I'm also really interested in learning languages and playing sports.

Music, Movies, and Books

I try to enjoy everything or at least give it a try. I like from classical music (specially operas) to metal, folk music, EDM, and so on. The same goes for movies and books.
