Travel like a local

Me and my girlfriend are traveling for a year different places, countries. We loved to get a deep feeling of the places we visit and enjoy our time with people who live there. We really appreciate the feeling of being sorround locals. We both quit our jobs the past year as engineers in different work place, to have time to enjoy and experience the world. As we are from Chile most of the time we feel we are isolated from many interesting countries and of course we don't wanna miss them, so we decide to take our time to make this journey possible.

Reading about how the people are traveling nowadays ( 2013) I found this website. Right away took my attention and I started an account to check how it works, after a few experience I really like the idea and the community around the world.
