ABOUT ME

I would describe myself as a very open-minded and easy-going person person with a ton of interests. I'm always happy to learn something new. I'm also a very adventurous person and I love to be out in the nature.

Currently I'm a Graduate Student at the Swiss Federal School of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich). I study transportation engineering and urban planning.
Apart from my studies, I love to travel around, see new places and meet new people. I'm very interested in sports and music (I used to play the piano for a long time) and I like to cook (food is very important to me ;-)

In my free time I like to do sports, watch movies and I also love to play card or board games and going to bars.

I'm also interested in different cultures, history, art, languages and a ton of other things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently I'm only surfing but I would love to host as well as soon as this is possible for me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Did couchsurfing in Helsinki during a summer school at the local university and this worked really good and was a great experience.

books: I like the books of the swiss Authors Max Frisch and Friedrich Duerrenmatt, scandinavian crime novels (Stieg Larsson, Hakan Nesser), I also like the classics of german literature (especially Bertold Brecht and Hermann Hesse) and many english novels

juming off a really high cliff in Spain with my twin brother
