ABOUT ME

Hi everybody,

I'm Nicolas and travel around Asia and Oceania since 15 month. I don't use so much internet but this network give to you good surprise, so why not!

My road is between human and spiritual way, I help people or community, share my music with my hangdrum and teach yoga too.
I have a cultural project, it's just the beggining but if you are curious: www.awakeproject.org .

I believe in Humanity and consciousness, I am passionate about spirituality/religion, wildlife, history, music (I play many instrument) or positive project.

Next plan is India to follow a training to become an official Yoga instructor and hope to find a way to teach meditation for kids.

Let see what's happen, I priviliged the present time anyway.

Interests

Arts : I'm passionate in so any way.

Travel : I follow the present and have rarely a plan. Keep going to discover good place, beautiful landscape or to improve my knowledges.

Volonteer: I love to help people, we learn so much about ourself and we discover some skills that I didn't expect before.

Yoga: I discovered this one 14 month ago and I can't spend one day without.
I practised meditation and energy way since 15 years by the way.
