Hi! My name is Nicolás, I live in New York but I am originally from Colombia. Food, culture and travel are my biggest passions.

I work with food writing/food media and food event production. I love to connect with all kinds of people, but specially people in the food industry, and creatives of all kinds.

Visiting the Iguazú Falls in the border of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay.

Teaching ESL in a Montessori school in Cali, Colombia.

Backpacking southeast Brazil solo.

Driving down from the top of the Andes to the Pacific coast in less than three hours in Ecuador.

Staying at a indigenous reserve in the Amazon.
