ABOUT ME
I'm friendly, smiley, talkative, enthusiastic, happy. I love traveling, taking photos and meeting new people. I enjoy chatting about history, politics, religion, science nature and other people's travels.
I can sleep anywhere - really. If you can offer a patch of floor or can spare half an hour for coffee/drinks let me know.
PHILOSOPHY
Live every day as if it is the last. We have only one life on this amazing planet, so lets try to see as much of it as we can and meet as many interesting people as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've wanted to get involved in CS community for a long time. I regularly stay at friends' and often acquaintances houses. For me it is far more fun and interesting than staying in a posh hotel (not that I can afford a posh hotel).
I have had my first Couch Surfing experience. I stayed at two great people's houses and they showed me their city.
I live in the middle of Yorkshire, England. No one visits, or really knows of its existence, so there is no point offering a couch/bed at this time.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couch surfed twice. Both have been amazing experience in Belgium and Luxembourg. I also met with a friendly guy for drinks.
I had my sofa-bed advertised on here for 2 years, when I lived in Leeds and no one contacted me. Leeds is a great city and has no well priced accommodation. I guess my profile isn't friendly enough.
Interests
I enjoy politics, adventure, meeting new people, traveling, photography, walking, the outdoors, science, attempting to speak local languages, other religions, other cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love drama and action films. All music, but prefer indi, rock and alternative. I like factual books and the classics.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stumbling across lots of wild hippos in a lake in Kenya. It was amazing and terrifying.
I spent a month on a Royal Navy ship, traveling the Baltic, bit bizarre as it is so unlike me people are often shocked to hear it.
I taught English and Biology in Hong Kong, helped build a playground in Uganda, and worked on a summer camp in the US.
Teach, Learn, Share
I speak English and love chatting about all my travels and experience. If someone was to visit Sheffield i'd happily show them around. I'd be whiling to travel to Leeds, where I was a student for 4 years and show people the best of Leeds too.
I'll bring some Yorkshire tea, and Marmite - two things I can't live without. You'll be welcome to try.
