About Me
My husband, son, and I live 15 minutes East of Astoria proper. We enjoy thoughtful conversations about culture, philosophy, religion, politics, and learning. We are building a modest homestead - which is a constant learning process for city folk - and love learning about sustainability, gardening or microfarming, animal husbandry, &tc. I have a background in advocating for underserved populations in healthcare and healthcare analysis, and also have an interest in wild foraging of all kinds, gardening, crocheting, board and card games, chickens, and spending time in nature. My husband was an avionics technician in the military and is now a student at OSU who enjoys espresso, playing guitar, cooking, and reading.
We both work at a bakery, and our availability depends on our varying working hours.
