ABOUT ME

I like to play in the mountains, on my bike, in the snow, sleep under the stars, jump in glacier rivers, dance, laugh & eat good food with good friends. I'd like to learn more about permaculture, organic gardening & sustainability, natural healing & spirituality. I am happy to bring to you
fabulous healthy cooking, hula hooping skills and a love of food, wine, yoga and friends!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed in Quebec and New Zealand and am now home in Golden and have a couch available!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been a couch surfer for years (not just through this site!) and I know that the best way to visit a friend is to stay for breakfast! (and I am more than happy to cook it!)

I love dancing to fun make you want to dance tunes, my fav's are Funky Electro Beats, Old School Funk & Jazz, Reggae...I love reading, especially when traveling! As for movies: comedy & documentaries.
