I'm a 25 year old Canadian girl from Toronto. I left Canada in April 2017 and have been travelling without a base since July 2018. As of now (July 9th, 2019) I have not used couch surfing to stay with anyone but I am curious about the community and how it works. I did however use couchsurfing to meet up with someone in Amritsar, India, and they gave me a very wonderful and informative tour around the golden temple. I am a "movement artist" with interests in contemporary dance, contact improvisation, acrobatics, circus, capoeira, aikido and open learning as much as I can. I travel while teaching dance and do organizational work for different dance festivals. I am also starting to teach english online. I love to dive into cultures, get to know people and share stories. As I travel so much I enjoy making new friends and would love to use couchsurfing to both stay with people or to meet up and hang out. I grew up in a big city and love to be in cities but also enjoy being outdoors (I travel with a tent and gear). Anything adventurous calls to me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on here really to make connections. It is also really nice to be in a "home" from time to time and contribute to that. Travelling full time is full of so many amazing moments but sometimes it's nice to slow down, not be in a hostel and really take some time to connect with someone who is not jumping on a flight the next day.

I can teach dance (ballet, contemporary, tap, acro, contact improv), i'm a certified yoga teacher (Hatha and ashtanga), I give english lessons! I also know some simple macrame and wire wrapping and love to experiment with jewelry making. Anything that needs attention to detail.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer dance, yoga, english, and jewelry making classes. I can cook for you or clean your house. And when I finally decide to go back to Canada permanently, a place to stay with me :)
