About Me

I graduated from Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz where I studied Social Anthropology and American Studies. I´m a ´Weltenbummler` always looking for another chance to explore another corner of our lovely planet. My current adventure is to move to Germany's capital Berlin and work as a Student Advisor at the International Office. So far, when I talked to my friends, usually the first question I get is ´Where are you staying these days`. I think they are exaggerating, but in the end they´re right. Perhaps this is going to change now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I say, I love traveling!!! Seeing the world is an attitude for me that allows me to share stories, learn things that are hard to come by in one city and CS is an experience that connect locals all around the world. Of course, holidays are a nice thing, but do you really know about another country from behind the window of a bus? Take a look inside the houses and learn about the people who normally wouldn´t talk to you on the streets. I think that CS gives you the opportunity dive into another culture, and for me, thats the real deal.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Most importantly: Curiosity!
Show me your city, your favorite bar or the place that represents a meaningful memory. I´ll bring some ideas, but keep them for myself in exchange for some unique impressions that you can give me.
And,... I think I´ve come to learn that I´m a pretty decent cook.
