About Me
Grew up in a Northern Italy village where I studied languages, four years ago I moved to Milan in a little apartment with my best friend to study Biology. Now, after six months as an AuPair in the UK, I'll start an MSc in Bio-Inspired Innovation at Utrecht University in September, with the hope to do something good for our planet. Hence, I'll move to the Netherlands soon (even if I'll probably end up living under a bridge since finding accommodation there is more challenging than to my mum to find her glasses when she has them on her head).
I've always been interested in nature and in the pretty clever ways it works, this probably explains why one of my greatest passions is scuba diving and why, as a child, I dreamt of becoming a marine biologist.
I would describe myself as an easygoing and relaxed person, sometimes I might seem a little shy but that's only because I do enjoy my own company too.
People describe me as kind, creative and loving. If I had to pick up a perfect situation that says something about who I am I would describe a good talk with great minds, on a balcony during a warm and golden evening, in front of some nice simple but tasty food.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I still believe in kindness and a good heart as qualities in people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I think I won't ever be able to describe my music taste with written words, it's just a mess of too many disparate things.
I'd love having more time to deepen my cinematographic knowledge. Thinking about the most recent films I've watched this year I definitely loved Cloud Atlas, to mention one.
What about books? This is a way too wide topic to have it covered with only a few words. Or, probably, I should just say I'm an obsessive-compulsive reader.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Understating that a life full of positive souls and events starts from a positive mind.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Well. My modesty is urging for me to share my cooking abilities with the world.
I'm a really tidy, patient and organised person so I can help with house tasks and practising with the languages I know.
I do enjoy some gardening, so if you have some plants I would never let them die of thirst.
I'm just happy to help with anything within my reach :)
To be honest, I believe that the greatest things that can be shared whilst couchsurfing are ideas, cultures, beliefs, experiences and love. I am the happiest version of myself when I am free to share who I am with people who are free as well to show the world that humanity is still a thing.
