Overview
About Me
American living in Brazil.
I love long distance running and am hoping to race the Rio marathon next year.
Also, am just as passionate about health and wellness as I am about desserts and cheese :)
I started a meditation practice during the pandemic and it really changed my life.
My family is originally from Italy, and the little town where some of my relatives still live is my favorite place to visit. No one speaks English and there are no tourists, but an incredible church from the Middle Ages that’s a fading beauty. It’s magical.
