Music, Movies, and Books

I love old movies, I own a pretty amazing DVD collection that I still watch every day. I also love new movies and series but only by recommendations. My favorite types are true story movies including horror true stories. Always open to watch any movie, cinephile type you could say, the whole art behind its just amazing to me. Even been in a movie making myself.. in university and for a hobby. Books.. more like online reading.

I pulled myself out of toxic behaviors through my own means by going into my past trauma to live a conscious life where I can be present with myself and other people. Health is now a passion.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach, learn and share about life in general. I’m learning Japanese at the moment and all about the culture and context plus anything that life throws at, everything and everyone is an amazing lesson. I have never ending studies of self development and my resources to teach others and myself are: childhood trauma processing, shadow work, human behavior psychology, the art of relationships, astrology, human design, tarot, meditation, energy reading, out of body experience, somatic psychology, dreams & the subconscious. I love to share my care, my kitchen, my understanding, my undivided attention, emotional validation & brutal honesty. I’m excited for people to teach me how to have more fun and unwind.
