About Me
Hey there,
I'm a 25-year-old student from Germany, and I just started my master in Punta Arenas. In Germany, I studied Geosciences and Geoecology. I'm still getting used to my new life, but I think I'm doing fine. In my free time, I enjoy being outside hiking or climbing. Also, I really like rocks. I guess that's why I chose my profession. I enjoy good beer and good conversations with great people. I love learning, so most topics are fine for me, even if it's new to me. I think I am easy going and open minded and not the worst option to hang out with, but I leave that decision to you ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting people from all over the world and learning about their country and culture is really amazing. You can make friends, show them where and how you live. That's cool :)
Interests
One of my biggest passions is science. You'll notice when that topic comes up. I love what I am studying, and I could talk for hours and hours about it. I try to avoid it because usually,it's only interesting for me. Apart from that, I enjoy nature and being outside. Back in Germany, I used to go climbing at least 2 times per week, but I haven't had the opportunity to do this here. So if you're also into climbing, I'd be happy to join you.
And I love to eat. Cooking is ok as well ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
Rock music and metal! My favourite bands are Rise Against, Royal Republic and Iron Maiden.
I don't know very much about movies, but I like them. Especially the ones with the explosions and stuff...
Don't ask about my books, they are embarrassing :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, I haven't completed doing it, but I'm pretty close to fulfill my life dream and work in Antarctica. I guess it's the little things that build up awesome experiences :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can show you my favourite places, and we can share some time. I could teach you a lot about rocks, but usually, that's not super interesting. We can share some experiences and talk about many different things. Cooking together is one of the best ways to enjoy a meal, at least in my opinion.
