Hello :)

My name is Nicole and what can I say I have wanderlust! The travel bug has got me! Ever since a young age I have been craving to see more of the world. Now that I have saved enough money for year I have decided to embark on a year RTW trip to try and see the world for myself I have finally got the guts to save save save and travel the world leaving the typical 9-5 job. I expect to have my mind blow with all the things I will see and be overjoyed from all the people I have met! I plan on doing 6 months in Asia and 6 months in Europe! wish me luck xoxo!

I have joined couchsurfing because I have friends who have done it and call only say amazing things about their experience. I cannot wait to meet hosts that will bring the culture to life and help me experience the country through their tips!

Well let me begin I love trying new things one great thing about my rtw trip is the ability to try new foods. I am a very open person willing to try anything once because life is to short! I am a coffee addict..... my daily 2 cups are needed so if you have a soft spot for caffeine we will enjoy the little cafes! I enjoy being being busy, I love walking around taking in everything around me I cannot sit still! At the same time my evenings consist of snacks and movies so I can find a good balance. I love photography and anything to do with the ocean. I love being fit and active and ensuring my body gets the fitness it needs.

Favorite music and movies and books.... Thats a hard one for me I really have an open mind to most music when you look at my ipod playlist it goes from pop hits to reggae to rap to country and even a few disney songs.... I just like anything with a good beat. Movies are the same thing theres a time and place for all (even though I am a secret disney lover). As for books one of my favorites would have to a fine balance by rohinton mistery!

I believe the amazing thing is to come! I have decided to leave my 9-5 job at a Canadian bank and embark on a adventure! I have also been in a few musicals, ran a charity race, lost over 80lbs! and recently became an aunt!
