I am a yoga teacher from Nottingham. I love to travel and explore the world. I'm new to couchsurfing but so many friends have recommended it to me!

I love to find yoga classes wherever I go and find cool places to eat and hang out!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have recently spent 6 months in India where I was teaching yoga and travelling around. I've returned back home for the time being. But I am going on little holiday trips here and there!

I would love to continue the experience of meeting new people and make new friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a 10-day silent meditation Intro to Buddhism retreat in the Himalayas earlier this year! Changed my life!
