About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Traveling for 5 months to compensate for 3 years in corporate America!
ABOUT ME
I'm 25 years young and ready to see the world! I graduated university 3 years ago and went straight into a 9-5 (usually more like 8-7) job. It's been a great 3 years because it afforded me to live in the best city in the world, SAN FRANCISCO! I'm ready for an extended break though. Europe, Africa, South East Asia...bring it on! I want to see everything there is to see and meet a bunch of cool people while gallivanting the world. Can you show me around? Can you tell me the cool spots to go? Hopefully I'll be able to reciprocate by opening my doors in San Francisco to guests when I return in January 2012. I know the city, best happy hour spots, best parks etc. like the back of my hand. Let's explore together!
PHILOSOPHY
I want to always be happy! Friends, the outdoors, good food, learning, sharing and the sun are the things that make me happy. I also want my friends and those around me to be happy. Positivity and optimism are contagious!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've never couch surfed before. I'm a newbie!
Interests
Plain and simple I love being outdoors, long dinners with friends, coffee, reading, parks, walking, running, and twirling. I want to know the delicious and trendy (and cheap) places to get dinner and a bottle of wine. Wherever I go, I plan to spend the entire day out exploring, followed by a nice dinner and a movie or a couple drinks at a local watering hole. Let's hang out! Or if you have a job or need alone time, just give me the signal and I'll be out of your hair! :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading-mostly novels. My kindle will be my attached to my left arm while traveling. I hope to see some movies and learn about cool music while traveling!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I literally ran across the border of Mozambique and South Africa to catch my bus that was driving away with all of my luggage.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I could talk about San Francisco for hours. I can also teach baking. Cupcakes and brownies are my specialty. Let me borrow your kitchen, and you'll come home to some amazing baking creations!
Learn: I would love to learn about local cuisine, culture and history.
Share: I'd love to cook for you! If not, I can share my unique recipes and stories!
