About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Organic farming around the world to harvest hope, love and food.

ABOUT ME

I have been traveling my 22 years on this planet.
I'm multicultural and enjoy meeting and experiencing new people.
I am an artist, daughter of a musician and a dancer, I enjoy all kinds of artistic expression.
I love visual and audio storytelling.

I enjoy being sustainable, which is why growing food is very important to me. Being engaged with the food cycle is my favorite type of work. I am currently on a 7 month trip in Italy to volunteer on organic farms to expand my farming skills and eat amazing organic food.

I play guitar and sing. I love hip-hop, reggae, rock, salsa, blues, soul, funk, R&B and well anything that makes me dance.

I'm a dog person...animal person. Like to be outside, get dirty.

I love to travel and see the realness of the place I'm visiting. No tourist buses for me. I'll walk and chill on a corner just to experience the real city.

I like hosting people in my countries and have never had the experience of being hosted by someone else.

I'm new to couchsurfing so check me out on facebook if you want to learn more and see what people say about me.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a YES person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I work with food. I plant and harvest, then cook for people that are hungry. I participate in my community by cooking, singing, dancing, documenting, listening, gardening and just being there for people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One night I'm at my house doing my thing when I get a phone call from my friend Nick. He tells me that he told some guy from couchsurfing.com that it was cool for him to sleep on his couch. However my friend hadn't confirmed this with his roommates so when it came down to it, his roommates we're not Ok having a random person sleeping on their couch. So my friend Nick calls me. Tells me that there is a guy from Louisiana that needs a place to sleep. I thought it through for a couple minutes and then said "Tell him to come on over. My couch is your couch" This is how I was introduced to couch surfing. I'm a giver. When I can I lend my hand, arm, body to whoever needs it...I do. I believe in karma and good deeds.
