ABOUT ME

I love meeting new people and having a great conversation! I am a hard worker but like to enjoy life at the same time. I grew up in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA but went to college in Ithaca, NY and Boca Raton, Fl. I love traveling, and have been able to do more of it the past couple of years. I love to work out and train at a Crossfit gym just about every day! I have also done Tae Kwon Do my entire life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I couch surfed with a few people over the summer and had amazing experiences. I was so grateful for the people who hosted me, and I want to give that back to others. It is an amazing opportunity to meet people and make connections and to share the world.

Interests

Playing TUBA: I am a music major so anything related to that.
Crossfit, Tae Kwon Do, anything active: I love working out, walking, running, biking.
Reading and knitting: my two "I don't feel like doing anything today" passions

Music, Movies, and Books

Full House is my all time favorite sitcom. Malcolm in the Middle is a GREAT show... but I also LOVE Lost and 24. And you can't really beat the Food Network.

I like most music... I'm a musician but I'm interested in pretty much everything.

I like reading memoirs and books that are real. I have a hard time getting into fiction books (although the Hunger Games were definitely an exception!!), but I love biographies of cool sports figures and things like that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2014 I went on a 7,000 mile cross country road trip with my boyfriend. Every part of the experience has changed me in some way.
