About Me

I came from Sicily, an amazing Island in the south of Italy. When I was younger I visited Turin and it fascinated me so much that I told myself " I' ll live here". Sometimes wishes became reality, so at the age of 19 I decided to go to study engineering in Turin and it doesn't disappoint me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd go around the world because I'd like to see new things, know different cultures and learn new languages. I really think this is one of the best way to travel because it offers you a chance to know a place in several ways!

Interests

I like movies, music, going around the city without any purpose, arts and on the whole what can give me an emotion! On the other hand I am interesting in science and in understanding how things work. Besides, when I was younger I played volleyball and I still like it,but I also like cycling, running(for hobby,of course) or simply go on excursions!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to different kind of music, from classical or traditional italian artists to pop, R&B and soul. Watching movies is a passion I share with my sister and I like different kind of film, especially thriller and film which holds your eyes fixed to it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took part in a workcamp in Paderborn,Germany. I spent there about two weeks living with other guys and it was a really good experience not only because I knew a lot of interesting people but also 'cause one day we organised a moving event to remember people died in the World Wars. Our motto was "Work for peace!"

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach something about art and Sicilian food like "caponata" or "granita", which are two of delicious sicilian specialities. I'd like to learn to play violin and to speak german.

Countries I’ve Visited
