About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm in the process of settling professionally in Poland and Colombia so I can travel freely.
ABOUT ME
For starters, I'm not good at talking too much about myself. Still, I'll say that most of the time I'm easy going, a good cook, a lousy musician and someone to spend easy time with.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I was a kid my parents house was full of guests. Sometimes sleeping on my bed, sometimes on the floor, sometimes for months. For me this is the norm, and I don't remember the time when a stranger needed a place to sleep and didn't get one. There's always a friend of a friend of someone someone met in a bus, that's visiting town. They usually get my number. Also, I never had to worry about where to sleep. There's always a welcoming host somewhere on the street.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't used the site much, but I have travelled in many places, most of the time staying in stranger's houses. I also manage to find an empty spot for travelers. One of the most memorable moments was when traveling between Toronto and Ottawa using a car-sharing program, and the man sitting next to me offered me his house after a few minutes of talking. He was a Vietnamese immigrant doing research in a university there and lived in a large, almost empty house. I got keys and a full fridge and freedom for the next few days. Saw him only twice.
