Overview
About Me
I am a young mind learning and growing with every person I meet and every travel I undertake. I can hardly define myself as of now, but if I were to use a few words I would like to say I am a minimalist and an optimist. Minimalistic because I like keeping my footprint small and optimistic because I know that I alone can make a difference. Now in terms of more tangiable description, I am a vegetarian, raised as a single child, a chain-reader and a big dance and theatre buff. Those are the few things I know to be true about me. Everythinng else I am figuring out.
In terms of travelling I am one of the exploring kinds, may it be cities or forests I like exploring all. Touristic routes are fun but I often like taking the off beaten path and get a more local essence of the place. I have been fortunate so far to have friends in many places that have helped me see that aspect of their hometown but for the places I have yet to make friends in, I will make use of this wonderful platform and hope that a new friendship is forged and a new adventure unfolded.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Create new stories. Make new friends. Bag some adventures in my sack and hopefully share some. And live my 20's to their fullest without any regrets.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not formally couchsurfed using this site but I have hosted a friend, I had only met twice, for a month in India (2014) and in 2015 I stayed in Mexico with her family for a month. (*Now we are best friends*)
Interests
I am part of a dance team at school and I also play badminton. I used to play basketball in high school and starting of college. But in general, anything new and challenging is fun for me. So even though I have never tried boxing or figure skating, I will be up for the challenge.
