ABOUT ME
My passion is books and literature, I love reading books and reading about books. I can get pretty obsessive with music I like, love to go to concerts or festivals, but also plays, exhibits, etc. ; I like hanging out in bars and cafés, cooking and sleeping.
And of course I love travelling, seeing new places and getting to know people, cultures, music, languages, food and everything else from all over the world to share experiences and to open my mind to everything around me! I love Europe, and I'm probably a total european (that's a big word anyway) but a part of me is for sure a world-citizen, I 'll always have so many dreams about destinations that I would like to get to know all over the world! With my husband (see pictures), we've been already traveling to wuite a lot of places, but we never get tired of it! ;)
I've been teaching German at the university in Paris for almost 5 years, I love my job and working with the students. Right now I'm taking some time off to empty and restart my mind and to get a feeling for what I want to do in the future!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i first did couch surfing when i went to study in toulouse to search for a room, it was great and very uncomplicated...this was my first experience and I really got addicted;)..In Germany I went with a friend to Dresden, where we had such a nice host and in Malaysia I just met CSer for a drink and we had an amazing time togehter! And my trip to Brazil would never have been the same without the amazing people I met via CS!Same in Israel, we met a guy who showed us around in Jerusalem end took us to his favourite places. We could talk about the actual life in his country, politics, everything. I'm so happy that there is a thing like couch-surfing!!it's a great invention! It's so easy to meet really nice people who are all very open-minded and interested and normally you're never misadviced with a CSer!;)

Interests

music&movies&books, party, cities, get to know the world, having good ideas, learn other languages (i'm totally falling for french and portuguese), doing some bartending here and there, laugh and telling silly jokes, spending time with my friends, sitting outside, listening to the rain from inside my bed, discover my own country and enjoy the time!Just experience life as much as possible without regrets!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the sunset on the Pai Ignacio in the national parc Chapada Diamantina in Brazil. Amazing, unbelievable, unforgettable.

having a pastis on the terrace of a french bar
eating fresh fish in a warm summer night in a little croatian restaurant
beeing alive and surrounded by onethousand books and friends :)
