About Me

I'm pretty laid back, generally more satisfied by good company than doing touristy things, although I love to explore! I love nature and finding great views, a cold beer on a hot day, live music and learning/experiencing anything new and interesting!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to experience each city I visit from a locals point of view, and gain an experience out of each city similar to what I would want travellers to have in my own city.

I also travelled for 6 months in 2016 and miss meeting people from different parts of the world everyday so this is a great way to do that.

Interests

I love music! Although I don't go to concerts I love listening to live music whether it be on the street or in a bar.

I play a bit of guitar (not particularly well) it's a great way to relax.

Im a fan of comedy, from television to stand up specials and movies.

I've recently been getting into photography so I'd be happy to talk about that!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Hip-hop, country (weird mix, I know), and a bit of everything else. I'm a fan of Ed Sheeran, John Mayer, Graham Colton, J.Cole and more.

I don't read many books but if you have any that you would highly recommend I'm happy to hear!

Movies: most thinks comedy or box office. Some series I follow: Game of Thrones, Suits, Broad City etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing Machu picchu in 2015 was probably the most surreal experience of my life. Having hiked up there made the experience that bit more fulfilling.

I also went travelling for 6 months in the US where I worked at a summer camp, and travelled Europe which is the longest I've been away from home.
