About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to experience what the world has to offer. Every person has a story and something to contribute to my understanding of life. The opportunity to travel & allow others to do so is unmatched. Can't wait to meet people with a similar positive outlook.
ABOUT ME
I'm an extremely positive person and I love to spread that energy. It is so great to hear other people's stories and share mine.
PHILOSOPHY
Although I get caught up myself sometimes, you can't let things that are out of your control bother you. Nothing is perfect. We can choose to dwell on the negative, or we can find the good. The latter will lead to a happier life. Stressing achieves nothing. If anything, it sets you back. These are basic ideas I try to live by. I like to think about existential questions and try to develop a meaningful philosophy... but life is complicated!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far, I've only lurked on the website. In the future I look forward to surfing some couches and hosting when I have a place of my own.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not yet surfed, but I can't wait to do it. I know it will be a great experience. I think it is an incredible community that is created here. I love the idea of helping one another out and sharing the human experience.
Interests
My two favorite things to do are play guitar and skate. These are things I know I will do for my entire life, or as long as my body can hold up. I also love movies, music, and adventures...but who doesn't?

Music, Movies, and Books
Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Fight Club, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, There Will Be Blood, Drive...way too many to name! I just love anything with good character development, weird/quirky stuff, thought inducing plot lines, good comedy...
Music is one of my passions. I can find something to groove to in any genre, but my go to is post-hardcore/metal. I really like bands that experiment and create a truly unique sound. And of course, theres always room for classic rock.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am extremely fortunate to have seen so much thus far in my life. I have been to Europe, Ghana, and India. In Ghana and India I did service work. Those experiences were life changing . They really put things in perspective and taught me the value of the human experience. I got to travel around Europe for nearly a month and see some of the coolest cities imaginable.
