About Me

Currently, I am not in Malaysia. Unfortunately, I am not able to host you or take you around at the moment.

CURRENT MISSION

Learning about the world not by reading about it but rather experiencing it in the non-conventional ways, meeting people of all kinds and learn about different ways of living and thinking. Let's play BIG TALK Question Card Game when we meet to avoid boring small talk!

About Me

I am 25 years old but I'm 17 in my heart. At the moment, I am at the stage where I am exploring where I want to stand in the world, discover myself and the world around me. I like learning, seeing things and doing things that I am not accustomed to and scare me. I have noticed many things I was once afraid of were not as scary as I thought they'd be. Many things like hitchhiking, swimming in the ocean and Couchsurfing! :)

For me traveling is all about nature and the people. The more I travel the more I realize it is not much about where I go to but it's about who I go with. My biggest treasure in life is the people I met throughout the years and my biggest pride is the fact that I have close friends from every color and religion I can think of.

During my travels, I am specifically interested in mountains, villages, beaches, surfing, jungles, walking/cycling around the city, sunsets and sunrises and meeting as many people as possible. I try to catch the sunset in every city I go to. If you are interested in any of these, we will get along perfectly well :)

My biggest weakness is Indian food and salad. Food is the doorway to heaven :D

Dancing and music are two things I cannot live without. My mom says I started dancing before walking :)

And I have noticed that life is more fun when I say "yes" more often. So I'm pretty much down to anything especially if it's something I have never done before.

Lastly, please don't send me requests if your profile is empty.

Cheers

PHILOSOPHY

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Let's make better mistakes tomorrow ;)

When was the last time I did something for the first time?

Music, Movies, and Books

The list is long, but my top 5: GATTACA, The Imitation Game, The Departed, Blood Diamond, Shutter Island

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left home, Iran, (including its dos and don'ts) alone to a place where I didn't know anyone when I was a teenager. It was awakening and liberating.

Once I won a public debate against a Malaysian parliament member and lawyer :D

I and a lion fish looked at each other for a long time from less than a meter in the Indian ocean. Later I remembered it was a poisonous fish.

I made a YouTube channel on genetics and got 400+ subscribers within a few months :)

One amazing thing I'm going to do is to cycle around Europe

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to make some nice Philipino and Iranian cuisines :)
I have travel stories you would want to listen to ;)
I can improve your English, already doing it for a Belgian friend and a Georgian friend. And teach you science and genetics.
I like to learn about the history of your country, and your country's cuisines.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Everything as long as it's not too personal.
