Hey, my name is Nik which is short for Nikkei and I'm a 25 year old graduate PE teacher. I love sports, the outdoors and any activities that involve meeting new people and leaning new things. I haven't travelled but I am looking to change that with an extensive backpacking trip through Europe.

I have had many friends who have both hosted and been couch surfers with nothing but fantastic stories about their experience. I have been told that you learn so much more about the countries you visit when couch surfing rather than staying in a hostel as when you stay in a hostel you tend to find other backpackers of your nationality and stick with them as creatures of habit. I would love to meet locals and hear about your culture first hand.

-I love the ocean! I was born and raised by the sea so I enjoy all water activities.
-The outdoors in general is a love of mine, hiking, cycling, nature walks.
-History and culture, I am Aboriginal which is one of the oldest living cultures in the world and I love learning about new cultures of people I have never met before and sharing mine if you are interested.
