About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To dive and travel the globe one country at a time for the rest of my days

ABOUT ME

I am an extremely chilled out, relaxed, anything goes individual. I never have regrets and put any bad experiences down to learning curves. I get on with pretty much most people I meet and can relate to people from all kinds of backgrounds and ages. This has a lot to do with all the traveling I’ve done and also exposure from my job.

PHILOSOPHY

To never have regrets and never depart with anyone on bad terms. Always be open minded and live each day as though it were your last.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When travelling, the best way to know any place whatsoever is through local knowledge and couchsurfing helps you to connect with local people so what more can I say but it's a great website/tool for people that are interested in knowing something about a place through the people that live there.

Interests

Traveling and scuba diving are the main ones, which is the reason for becoming a diving instructor, my license/passport to work and travel the globe. Love a cold beer, meeting new people, learning about cultures and just having a good time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, AMADEUS, THE MISSION, LORD OF THE RINGS, MATRIX, MARVEL movies. Books, anything that´s factual or can teach me about something in life or how life used to be. Music, as long as it´s not country music. If I'm chilling at home then definitly jazz and you just can't beat classical.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Diving for hours circled by whale sharks, hammerhead's, manta ray's and dolphins. Riding on a donkey over the valley's of the West Bank of the Theban Necropolis (valley of the kings in Egypt). Sunrise over the coloured lakes of kelimutu in Flores, Indonesia. The look in a child's face when you teach them a magic trick or illusion.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can offer all kinds of advise on wonderful places to visit on the various countries I've been to and lived in. I can help people with their English. Its a little difficult to teach people scuba diving unless we are near the beach. I know loads of puzzles and riddles if that´s your thing. I want to improve my Spanish. Improve my cooking skills. Be recommended good books. Please help me.
