Présentation
À propos de moi
I am a fun and adventurous person who adores exploring new places, meeting interesting people and (because I'm a food monster) trying all the delicious local foods. Traveling has been one of my greatest teachers, I believe getting out and submerging yourself in new cultures is a beautiful way to share all you've learned with others while absorbing new ways of living. I am an active energetic girl and love hiking, kayaking, diving, climbing, etc. You can usually find me outside frolicking in whatever beautiful nature a place has to offer!!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
I love folk, blues, hip hop, classic rock and mostly anything with a good beat and some depth to the sound. Favourite artists at the moment are Michael Kiwanuka, Alt-J, Gold Link, Father John Misty, Frank Ocean and Bob Dylan but it always rotates and varies by album.
Movies would have to be Moonlight, Into The Wild, The Red Turtle, Spirited Away, The Defiant Ones but that also rotates constantly. I love animated movies by studio Ghibli and Pixar!
Favourite books right now are Into the Wild and Anything by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie as well as Island by Aldous Huxley.
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
The most recent amazing thing I did was on my recent trip to India with my partner!
We rented a motor bike (a very cool, very loud Royal Enfield) in Anjuna Beach, Goa and rode from there to Hampi. It was a 400km ride each way and we had a chance to experience many small villages and crazy cities along the way. The Indian roads are busy and chaotic to say the least and given that we had limited experience on a motor bike it was a thrilling adventure. My favourite part of the journey was when we drove through a jungle which was a nature reserve for an hour. The road wound up and down through a lush tangle of protected jungle and we saw many monkeys on the road side soaking up the sun. After Hampi we headed back west and took an impromptu stop in Badami to do some rock climbing.
All in all it was 10 hours of riding each way and quite an amazing adventure. Every small town greeted us with warm smiles and although we couldn't communicate verbally because of the language barrier , we enjoyed communicating with hand gestures and smiles.
