Hello, my name is karo, I'm 20 years old and I'm from Wuppertal in Germany. After a beautiful year of volunteering in Nahariya, Israel, I now started studying middle eastern studies in Halle(Saale) in Germany.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of this community, to get to know a country you travel in such a different and better way while staying with locals, and I want to give this opportunity to other travelers, too. I met a lot of great people here, and made amazing experiences. Also, it makes travelling much cheaper and easier.

Music, Movies, and Books

I basically read, listen and watch everything, but my favorite authors are haruki murakami and Amos Oz and I love indie and rock music
