About Me

Soon-to-be Tufts graduate with a variety of interests. Very friendly, fun-loving, and empathic. New Yorker in presence and heart. Currently working in midtown Manhattan and an aspiring actor/performer captivated by innovation, design, and creativity/art. Born in Houston, moved to Bengaluru, India at the age of 10, and Boston for undergrad, now NYC!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At the risk of sounding cliché by quoting the iconic words of Blanch DuBois, "I have always relied on the kindness of strangers" but more often have been the stranger (or good friend!) who provides that support, which I would love to bring into my home(s) through couchsurfing! I love meeting new people and creating/cultivating equitable, sustainable, and healthy communities. I actively seek out new experiences and cherish the unique gifts of every interaction. Most importantly, I want to meet a diverse group of people, challenge myself, and learn things I never expected. Please feel free to reach out!

Music, Movies, and Books

Eclectic taste; anything genre-bending, feminist, and different really catches my attention. No "favorites" as such - I read, watch, and listen to whatever I fancy in the moment. Some notable titles/names include:

Sense8
Pose
Fringe
Interstellar
Little Women
FKA twigs
Sevdaliza
Lil Nas X
Tame Impala
Murakami
complex horror movies
and so many more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Written a musical for kids last summer

Teach, Learn, Share

Love learning everything, especially physical and creative skills.

I love teaching people how to cook (mostly Indian food but a variety of others, too, and trying new ones); share my understanding of the human mind; making connections; basic crochet, drawing, and some crafts; cycling; running; acting; and anything else I know!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Collaboration, empathy, kindness, spontaneity, excitement, charisma, food, drinks, culture, conversations, ideas, and fun!

Countries I’ve Visited
