Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m pretty new to Couch surfing. For most of my past travels I stayed at hostels and met people there or out and about, but I decided I wanted a better way to get to know local people, and experience a place from that perspective. So I found myself here on Couch surfing! I immediately fell in love with this community, where people are so generous to complete strangers for no reason other than our shared love of seeing the world and getting to know one another. It’s a beautiful thing!

Cultural exchange is really important to me. I believe being exposed to diverse people and experiences is the best way to create a more peaceful, tolerant world.

I look forward to meeting some amazing, interesting, funny, quirky people and learning to see through your eyes.
