About Me

Hello! I'm a southern California native with a propensity for serendipity, travel and meeting new people (preferably while doing the first two, too!). I've been a craftsman through carpentry as a hobby most of my life, and I generally love doing things by myself rather than depending on someone else to do the same job. I also love computers, math and anything that relates those two to solve problems that we have in the world. Fun fact: I'm working on an interesting geology problem right now. Ask me about it if you're interested!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to crash with interesting people while traveling to interesting places. Down the road, I'd like to reciprocate, but I'm currently living with college housemates who don't have the same sense of welcoming a stranger into our house as I do!

Interests

Cooking (I'll cook you a dope meal!), woodworking, fixing things, computers -- recently, automating geology!
