Overview
About Me
hmm I am a queer aspiring activist human who is currently studying biomedical engineering at georgia tech I've lived basically my whole life in atlanta with the exception of the past year I've been living in stuttgart and erlangen in germany. I love to draw, paint, run, hike, go camping, watch movies, and idk im pretty much up for anything and like to try new things. I'm working currently as a designer/biomedical engineer in Germany.
I'm am using couch surfing not only as a way to travel cheaper, but also as means to meet new people and see what they find beautiful about their hometown and to just expand my cultural understanding and share lived experiences.
I'm pretty laid back and easy going, also a bit shy at times. I'm always up for new things. I want to be spontaneous and experience all that I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to utilize this cheaper method of traveling, but also find it a great way to learn about other cultures, people, and the city from a non tourist point of view. I think it's a good way to throw myself into a spontaneous situation and get great new experiences.
Interests
I like to draw, paint, run, sing, play music, listen to music. I like tattoos, piercings, activism, new foods, art, camping, nature, rock climbing (though I'm not very good) , swimming... haha this list is not very connected I have many interests.

Music, Movies, and Books
So I listen to a lot of everything. Beyonce, jagged edge, drake, Lauren hill, Justin timberlake, cat Stevens, Dave Matthews band, tegan and sara, chance the rapper, Alicia keys (old stuff), alt j, Stromae and a bunch of random things on soundcloud and spotify.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are a lot of amazing things i feel like I've experienced, however, I wouldn't say I was necessarily the one to take credit for these things. Most amazing things I've been involved with have been a joint effort of many people.
Maybe one thing that im personally proud of is transitioning (I'm transgender). That is one personal struggle that I've been successful in doing for myself, but I was helped a lot by other along the way.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't know what I supposed write here. But I suppose I can offer some sign language, german, english. I can help with resources on transgender/LGBTQQIA* issues or topics. Id like to learn whatever any one is willing to teach. Id like to improve the spanish, learn french, learn to cook cool things, get better at bouldering and rock climbing.
