PLEASE NOTE:
I LIVE ON PEAKS ISLAND, NOT PORTLAND.
It is very close to portland but the boat schedule limits availability, I
have gotten sooooo many emails about people getting in very late
and the last boat to the island leaves portland at 11:30pm!
If this is the case then I cannot host you, sorry :(
you can check ferry times here - but they leave almost hourly from 5:30am-11:30pm
