About Me

Quite the extrovert but a Gemini so have my sullen days. Energetic and outgoing, up for spontaneous outings, some of the best plans are no plans.

Food is my love, I love good, great amazing food, not a food snob that expects every dish to be fine dining, but I appreciate hard work such as fresh homemade handcut chips. Along with that overly fancy tasting plates, I believe food to be more then just sustenance its art too. I stray far away from franchise fast food and the overly preserved items.

Love what you do or don't do it.

Trying to get down that fit path, healthy lifestyle feeling better about myself.

Best way to see a city is get lost in it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

-You can't do or experience everything so why not listen to the stories of everyone doing something different.
-Travelling while I can where I can. I love those little experiences that make a city or a place more than just a "I've been there"
-To make memories, do what you want when you want.
-Would like to host when I have my own place.

Interests

Um... Food again haha. I read alot about techniques and chefs and restaurants.
Yoga, photography, nature walks, LGBT relations, love listening to philosphy, don't feel I'm ready to comment on it though.
Meeting people with different perspectives on life, trying to broaden my mind more.
When I go to a new city, I almost always go check out their Botanical gardens, for the fun of it.

I tend to spend the whole day on my feet just wondering through the area but happy to be on a bike to.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently, couer de pirate; adieu. But love my 80s and rock, metal, chilled indie quite a bit. Twenty one pilots, killers, chevelle, queen.

Don't watch much tv but love Nightmare before christmas, Food matters, Supernatural, , Doctor who, Avatar

Life on the line, Grant Achatz
The Night Circus.
Omnivores Dilemma

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

*Saw the glowing phytoplankton in Raglan, NZ with a bunch of other backpackers.
*Eat at Alinea.....
*Gone out with some "friends I hadn't met yet" strangers from a restaurant and hanging out, partying the whole night in Chicago than just sitting on the floor in their apartment talking till 6 the next morning. I suppose this turned into an unexpected couch surfing...
*Surviving working for a bad company, learning to make myself happy.
*Bungy Jumped in Taupo
*Started snowboarding on blue squares, in Utah

Teach, Learn, Share

-I could teach you some Foodie tricks. I'd like to learn about any food related things too.
-Foot massages:)
-Let's do Yoga together
-I want to learn about how you go about your life, how much you think, and your philosophy. Love people smarter than me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Experiences from Travelling and working. I have an awesome travel book which I want to collect inside bits from different walks of life which you could look at an add too.
