Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My girlfriend and I have some experience in traveling. However, recently we started to feel that we are missing huge fun because of just staying in hostels. When the opportunity came by, we decided to broaden our experience, meet new friends and spend a quality time together.

And we did it! Wow, that was truly amazing experience. Me and Katya have just got back from Germany and decided to provide couch (tatami) by ourself. Why? Cause all the guys we stayed with were just amazing. Let me name them in person ^^

We were able to enjoy an amazing hospitality of Hagen, our first host in Germany, Munich. He became a real friend for us and inspired us to start accepting guest by ourself.

We moved on to Roman in Heidelberg. The funniest and the most open person I've ever met. Proposed to use his bike for two of us at the same time, and kindly warned that this is illegal. Had a beautiful evening with his friends, who came over for dinner.

Our last host in Germany was Boro aka WEEBGEEK, from Berlin. It was extremely nice from him to accept us with such a short notice. We enjoyed a good time and privacy while staying at his place. Thank you, Bodo.

And one of the best guys ever! Yoshihisa Toda-san.
He and his girfriend met us right in the airport (00:45 a.m.), gave aus private room, prepared breakfast and showed us Tokyo. Wow. We've also enjoed a lot our midight conversation about avangard movies in Japan and Germany. The best example of japanese hospitality. My deepest apreciation and gratitude.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have visisted around 10 cities in Germany in one day. Started in Heidelberg at 6:00, had a lunch on the stairs of Cologne Dome at 11:00, and arrived at Berlin Hbf at 22:45. All trains were on time - DB, you did it again.
