About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn as much as I can about the world and the people in it

ABOUT ME

Hello~! My name is Nicci and I love travelling, and enjoy it further when I have the chance to meet locals and get their feel for their city. I'm enthusiastic about bad puns and classical music. I eat primarily vegan and commute by bicycle.

PHILOSOPHY

“Meditate.
Live purely. Be quiet.
Do your work with mastery.
Like the moon, come out
from behind the clouds!
Shine”

Music, Movies, and Books

I've mainly been listening to classical to further my education but enjoy going to concerts and supporting the local music scene.
I'm reading through Eckhart Tolle's books and have been enjoying them.
I enjoy foreign films and films that make you think. I love the Diving Bell and the Butterfly and take all suggestions into consideration.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think two of my most unforgettable experiences were swimming in Greece and seeing the Matterhorn. I swam in Greece on a school trip on a very isolated, tropical island. The water was very beautiful and had a quality to it that you really don't see in the United States. Seeing the Matterhorn was also an incredible experience because of the journey you had to make it. We drove a few hours, took a train, a cable-car, and then finally reached a point where you could see the mountain in all it's majesty.
