Traveling and changing the world through education, filming awesome videos and inspiring people around the world to couchsurf, workaway and travel responsibly. We have recently received permanent residency in the United States and are currently traveling and working here.

ABOUT US

We represent a duo called Turbomasala. At least 6 months out of each year we travel around the globe, create awesome inspiring videos, work, volunteer, teach and learn about other cultures and people. We don't eat meat and like to cook tasty vegetarian dishes. We're Burners!

We have started a seasonal family business making Holiday Ornaments in Russia and spread it to USA and going to Europe this year. We also have a few other small start-ups we are working on.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This year we've had an incredible couchsurfing experience an now it's time to pay it forward! Thus, we're offering our couch in a beautiful remote place near Moscow. (well, during the short periods of time when we are there).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our first CS was in August 2013 and since then we have surfed with many amazing people. It was incredible! Hell, even our witness on our wedding in NYC was our couchsurfing host! =)

Honored guest at Indian Wedding (twice!), Burning man (twice and a half)!, 3000 miles on trains around India, volunteering in a Buddhist temple in Philippines, around Taiwan in a week, backpacking Jamaica, managing a surfhouse in Morocco, living on the beach in Crimea for 2 months, surviving and trekking in the mountains of Russia and Abkhazia, traveling around Russia by car, 5 countries in 2 months in South-East Asia (twice!!), vipassana in Chennai (well that's pretty common these days, but nevertheless and amazing experience), From Hawaii to Moscow through Japan and Lake Baikal on planes and trains...
