ABOUT ME

Once I have heard that the best way to improve your brainpower is to do things in creative ways, which means not to let any of activities become a routine for you. For example, if you return home after theatre, you should choose a path, different from what you worked out yesterday. This rule is quite loyal to those who is lazy: any improvisation makes your brain be curious about what you invent tomorrow, even if you add only one extra turn on the way back home:
From that day until today I am applying this concept to the most of aspects of my life. When I travel, my brain experiences euphoria.

PHILOSOPHY

"Sing no matter you have voice" is my religion.I experience world with my eyes. I do not trust ears.I believe, that laziness is a small bacteria.I believe, that sucess is a result of hard and long work.I believe in Santa-Claus, despite physicists can't detect his sledge(yet).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In fact, I have no opportunity to host anybody unfamiliar to my grandparents due to their strict rules. Starting from 2010 I have been surfing-surfing-surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Buy a tour, walk after the guide, take photos(same as millions took sometime), buy presents, fly back. I call it "Google Chrome voyage". It was before. And it was boring.In 2010 Andrew Nikulin opened two things for me: "thumb up" gesture and couchsurfing.com.From that time the meaning of "journey" expanded in hundred times, my trips became adventuries.Couchsurfing community for me is my second home, when I am out of my usual home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Summer 2011. Lake Baikal. Olkhon island. Cape Khoboy was 50 kilometres far from our camp. The road there was very-very complicated: downhills, sand beaches, forest paths. There is ni map how to get their, only drivers's advices. It was our last day on the island. No opportunity to reach this place on foot(too little time). "Taxi!" -> "Kidding?" So, I decided to rent a cross-bike for three ours and challenge luck....I managed to reach their. I had overtaken all the cars, had riden my back wheel for 200 metres on sand, I climbed a rocky mountain, I greeted horses with beeps! .I remember this day the most impressive in my life. 0.001% of life has such an affect on the personality. My 0.0005% completed.
