A spontaneous decision has landed me with the amazing opportunity to come to Europe to support my friend her in her yoga/dance/deep relaxation "elemental workshops" which are being held in Amsterdam.

I love meeting new people and sharing ideas and stories.

My philosophy on life is about having fun.
Ive been finding Joy is very understated these days. I aim to be the full expression of my true self. Actively encouraging others to express their true nature. This brings me joy. So does dance. Human connection does also. Bringing this all together, dance, connection, nature, freedom of expression is where I'm my happiest. To know this is what I get to delve into while in Amsterdam makes me pretty darn excited to get there!

Exploring the world and the inner realms...

I have lived in many different situations including living communally, living in an ashram, sharing spaces ect. During this time I have developed what I like to think of as a deep respect for other people's places. I like to be able to give back to the generous people who have opened their homes to me. My life has at times been somewhat gypsy like and I deeply appreciate being able to stay in the homes of others. When I've had the chance to I have loved opening my home to travellers, and I love how since I've been living a travelling life my parents have at times brought home backpackers in NZ.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While in Peru, by chance I came across Patch Adam's clown troop. We joined them as they went into the slums of Iquitos in the middle of the Amazon, dancing with local children, playing music. Never before have I witnessed love and happiness spread so quickly and intensely.
