One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard to narrow it down to just one...

- camp with Bedouins in the Sinai desert and climb Mt. Sinai and watch the sunrise at the peak
- scuba dive! Thailand, the Philippines, & the Red Sea
- swim with whale sharks in Cebu
- ride a boat through the fjords of Norway
- walk with wild elephants in South Africa
- eat my way through Seoul, Korea
- be a teacher to over 100 awesome kids. it didn't feel amazing then, but looking back, I'm so blessed and humbled I get to do that, and I've really come to love my job!
- choose to follow Jesus. He changed my life and knowing Him changes everything!

aaaand so much more. life itself is pretty amazing - I believe there's so much beauty to be seen and experienced even in the mundane.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a teacher but I get schooled by my own kids everyday. There's so much to learn from them, in their eagerness to learn, their joy, their innocence, their openness, their trust, and their honesty.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a pretty comfy sofa bed, and a fridge with the contents of a college student.
Can feed you a decent meal, in exchange for you teaching me how to cook a dish from your culture.
I'm a novice cook but very open to learning new recipes!
